Building your dream home

If you purchase one of our houses or apartments from the plans, this is your chance to be a part of the process to build your dream home.

If you already possess or purchase your own ground, we will build your dream house on your ground.

Best personal service

We are with you from the moment you contact us and until you move into your dream home. We will always keep you informed and provide you with pictures and video updates of your house project. We are on YOUR side.

The process

The adventure begins

After a good talk with us about your wishes and our plans, you decide.

Payment plan will typically be: 30% down payment 60% during construction. 10% on delivery

Our Falch Nordic administration will take care of you and personally take you through the process.

You are in safe hands.

We start building

We start building when plans and agreements are in place.

Maybe we have already started when you purchase your home from the plans.

The building process will typically take about 6 months from when we start and we will update you all the way.

If you purchase from a completed project, we will still provide you with updated pictures, videos & information from the property.

Personal updates

During the whole construction of your dream home, we will personally send you video and picture updates and information from the building process.

And we are always available for your questions etc. so feel free to contact us.

Of course we will also welcome and service you, if you want to come and visit to see the construction process, the neighborhood and Cyprus.

The big day

You get the message from us: "Your Falch Nordic home is ready".

You come to Cyprus when possible, get the keys and open your door for the first time.

We will follow up on you and your dream home the coming months, and we are available for good advice and information that can help you settle in your neighborhood & in Cyprus.

Rent out your home

We can help you rent out your own house or apartment to make an income, and to give others, family, friends the joy of living in your beautiful home in Cyprus.

It´s very easy. Your home will be put in our rent out portal, so you just lean back and let us do all the work.
